Does an infrared camera see whats in behind the wall and cladding system?

Does an infrared camera see what condition the timber is in behind the wall cladding systems?

Does an infrared camera tell you if there are any potential risks further down the track if something was water tight at the time of the inspection?

Does an infrared camera tell you where the source of the moisture is if detected? 

Is an infrared camera image accepted in court as evidence the dwelling has leaked or is leaking?

Does an infrared camera tell you what the areas of the construction is not up to building code standards? 

Why waste your money spending hundreds of dollars for a report that will give you images only and a snap shot at a particular point of time? 

A thermal imaging camera only detcts infrared radiation only?
